Here is a list of ongoing projects in our department.
Participating in the Cardiac Mechanics Benchmark

Example simulation of the time-dependent benchmark problem for the left ventricle using our FEniCSx-based cardiac mechanics solver fenicsx-pulse.
We recently participated in the Cardiac Mechanics Benchmark where different research groups compared their cardiac mechanics solvers on a set of benchmark problems. We implemented the benchmark problems using our FEniCS and the source code is available on GitHub. We have also implemented the benchmark problems in our FEniCSx-based cardiac mechanics solver fenicsx-pulse. You can find the implementation of the benchmark problem in fenicsx-pulse for the LV here and for the BiV here here.
